Common questions

The speed tile says the lab run didn't finish. Google's PageSpeed service occasionally takes longer than our 75-second limit or returns an error. Use "Check again" on the card, or rescan after a minute. Field data from Chrome users, when available, is shown regardless.

Accessibility couldn't be checked. Some sites block automated browsers (bot challenges, geoblocks). The other four checks still run. If your site blocks us on purpose, allow the SiteCheckBot user agent.

The result is old. Results are reused for 24 hours. Say "rescan" in ChatGPT or use Rescan on the report page; one rescan per page every 10 minutes.
